 ors.\n\nPerhaps you need some help with rigging your boat\, maybe you woul
 d like develop your skills and build your confidence or perhaps you would

 orkshop\n\nThis is the chance to learn to sail standing up! Our volunteer 
 RYA instructors will show you how to rig a board and\, with the help of a 
 land based simulator\, teach you how to sail and steer your board. Wetsuit
 s and buoyancy aids can be provided for this coached session as learning t
 o windsurf can be a wet experience! You should bring something to wear und
 er your wetsuit and some old trainers or wet shoes.\n\nMore information an
